During the last 5 years of owning my wedding stationery business I have believed that if I am passionate about what I do and don’t give up, big things can happen. My business name actually came from a quote I use to keep on my computer wallpaper, “Create your own destiny”. I have done a lot of soul-searching this past year and I finally decided where I needed to be in order to continue on my creative journey.

I now believe it was fate when Keshia came into my life just over year ago. She is full of energy, genuine, and a down to earth girl. After learning Keshia had recently changed jobs, I asked her to meet me for coffee to chat business. I was feeling drained, stressed and struggling to get work done. Life with a hard working husband, 5 year old, 6 month old and a busy home business had become too much. I admitted to myself and Keshia that I just couldn’t do it all anymore and I needed help!
With a happy heart I am thrilled to announce that Keshia is joining Creative Destiny as my assistant and right hand girl. As entrepreneurs we wear many hats and I am ready to pass a few of those hats along to Keshia so I can focus more on the part of my business I love (designing). In the short time she has been here my stress levels have gone down, I have been more organized and inspired to make things happen! We have some pretty exciting things in the works and I am so excited to make Creative Destiny’s 5th year the best one yet!
